I’m Sven
I wanted to live from my passion, so I looked for ways.
My path wasn’t linear — I left the safe world of IT to fully commit to photography, which had always been part of my life.
I am a husband and a father of two, and my family is my greatest teacher and daily inspiration.
Everything I do is guided by the same goal: to live and work with purpose, presence, and heart.
I held a camera for the first time as a child—and never let go. Creativity has always been a part of me, whether through music or photography.
Within family — the one we are born into and the one we choose — I found the threads from which I weave my inspiration. Everything lives in connection.
That is why I love photographing relationships: the touches, the glances, the quiet moments that move us and bind us together. In your family, the entire story already exists.
I am a husband (a blessed husband), and I am genuinely honored that you’ve found your way here and are considering inviting me to photograph your wedding. Weddings are so much more than a single day. They are celebrations of love, laughter, and new beginnings. They’re often called “the big day,” but in truth, they are the beginning of big, meaningful lives — day after day, moment after moment. Forever. (Those of us who are married know this well.)
I owe everything to my wife. She came into my life toward the end of the year when I decided to fully commit to photography. Together, we have two wonderful children, and we strive to live our passions, slow down when needed, and enjoy each day as deeply as possible. When you find someone who believes in you more than you believe in yourself, you know you’re on the right path.
Music has always been a big part of my life. I love listening to music from all over the world and constantly discovering new sounds, cultures, and stories. Travel and cultural diversity truly inspire me — likely a “virus” I caught in the folklore ensemble where I grew up and with which I traveled extensively. My musical taste is colorful and sincere: from the timeless sound of TOTO, through Dab Inc. and ex-Yugoslav rock (Galija, Parni Valjak, Zabranjeno Pušenje, Crvena Jabuka), to Bob Marley and Orchestra Fraților Advahov.
Today, I pour my energy and experience into intimate, emotional wedding photography — telling stories of two people who chose each other, surrounded by those who matter most. Every couple who invites me into their day reminds me why I do this — and why I love it.
