I live with the love of my life
and our little boy Jakov.
On my way back from a wedding,
our four-legged princess Eva,
walked into our lives—
and we’ve been inseparable ever since.
I can’t imagine a day
without music.
I used to play on stages,
but now, my favorite audience
is my son.
Photography became
my greatest passion,
and I wouldn’t trade it
for anything.
I truly love what I do!
I held a camera for the first time as a child—and never let go. Creativity has always been a part of me, whether through music or photography.
Photography has been my faithful companion for as long as I can remember. Even though my first love was music—I played my first instrument back in kindergarten—I was always drawn to the camera.
As a child, I would often “borrow” my dad’s camera when he wasn’t looking, capturing moments and figuring out how it all worked.
Everything changed in elementary school, thanks to my photography group and a teacher who encouraged us to see beyond just taking pictures. He challenged us with themed assignments, leading to small exhibitions where we analyzed each other’s work. That habit stuck with me, and even today, I push myself to constantly grow and refine my craft.
By the end of elementary school, I was already editing wedding videos and photos for local studios. It was an early but invaluable experience. However, in high school, music took center stage. Performing and traveling with a cultural ensemble and a band filled my schedule. Those years taught me discipline, time management, and the importance of making every free moment count—often by cycling and, of course, photographing everything around me.
As high school came to an end, my passion for photography only grew stronger. Late nights, endless celebrations, and my camera always by my side—it was the perfect blend of work and joy. At just 19, I started freelancing for a wedding studio on the other side of the country. Traveling has always been a passion of mine, so long journeys never felt like a burden.
A year later, I became the lead videographer and editor at a local TV station, which eventually led me to a completely different career path, taking me to Germany for two years. But no matter where life took me, my love for photography and weddings kept calling me back. That passion eventually brought me home, to Croatia, from where I now travel the world, doing what I truly love.
In 2023, my partner Petra and I welcomed our son, Jakov. His arrival redefined everything for me—it showed me what true joy looks like and put all the pieces of my life into place. It deepened my appreciation for intimate moments and raw emotion, which I now seek to capture in every wedding I photograph.
Today, I can wholeheartedly say that I love what I do. I pour my heart and soul into telling your stories—the stories of two people madly in love, standing together, surrounded by those who mean the most.
I am deeply grateful for every couple who invites me into their world, to witness their love, their connections, their most precious moments. And every Saturday spent capturing your love story inspires me—to be a better father, a better partner, and to cherish the beautiful, fleeting moments that make life so special.
